IQ is God-gifted but dedication & sincerity is yours. So for the betterment of career and for having a bright career , what is needed and that is “realize your own aptitude”.
Suppose, from child-hood someone is fond of music or dance or drawing-painting or someone like Mathematics very much or someone has a keen interest in Biology/ Chemistry/Physics and so on. This is the time to take decision in selecting particular career highlighting the particular subject in which he or she is free. So the student must have to realize properly and carefully “ HIS OR HER IN-BORN APTITUDE” upon which he or she is going to build the career and is going to reach the goal or target with full confidence and determination.
At the time of choosing the future career, the guardians, teachers, well-wishers should encourage and co-operate the student whole-heartedly , giving importance of his or her “ the natural in-born aptitude” . They must not pressurize or force their the students what they wants. In this way, on going IT Professionals may not reach their goals , having much more interest in Literatures than Computer Science from child-hood. All times, their “ natural in-born aptitude” should ’t be treated as extra-curricular activities, which can play an important role in choosing future career. But before that, the student must have to assess themselves in their own way, whether he or she ‘ll be successful with such selected career ( WHAT HE/SHE CAN DO, WHAT HE/SHE/SHE WANTS, HE OR SHE FEELS FREE.)
